FAQ's
How do I book?
The easiest way to book is online via the website, but if you are experiencing difficulty please call us, we are happy to help; Our phones are answered Mon - Fri: 9am - 5pm. Alternatively you can send us an email, or social media message.

How do I pay?
A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival.
We will invoice you for this via email as it becomes due.
Payments can be made online using the link on your invoice, or by phone.
Bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking.

What other charges are there?
No other charges, although we do have optional extras to make your stay even more special..these can be seen on the add ons when making a booking.
​What are the arrival and departure times?
The general arrival time is 4pm and departure 10am.
We do offer early arrival which is at 2pm for £25 and you can add late departure which is by 11.30am for £25.

Can I stay for just one night?
Our minimum stay is 2 nights throughout most of the year. Any 1 nights that do become available can also be booked online. View the list of available 1 nights here.

Parking
We have a small carpark at the entrance to the site, from there it is a short path walk to your lodge.

Hen and Stag Parties
We do not allow hen or stag groups.

Is the property well equipped?
The lodges have all kitchen utensils you will need. There is an oven / hob, microwave, kettle, iron and ironing board in each lodge.
All have a dining area, and widescreen TV and DVD player in the living area.
There will be some washing up liquid, a few dishwasher tablets, dish cloth, tea towel, bin bag, and toilet roll in your lodge to get you started, but the lodges are self catering so do bring your own consumables!

What should I bring with me?
You may consider flip flops and/or an extra towel for getting to and from the hot tub.
Does the lodge have a hot tub?
Yes, all our lodges have their own private hot tubs.

Are children wecome?
Yes. Our Owlet and Fox lodges are two bedrooms perfect for families.​
​
Can I bring my pets?
We allow dogs in Owlet, Squirrel, Badger or Roe lodge for a small charge.
£7.50 per night for one and £10.00 per night for 2 dogs per booking. £12.50 per night for 3 dogs in Owlet lodge only.
Squirrel has a smaller picket fence so small dogs only.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unfortunate enough to have to cancel your booking and there is:
More than 14 days till arrival date, we will issue a refund minus the value of the deposit (30%). Alternatively monies paid can be used as a credit against a holiday any time in the following 12 months* or can be transferred by the customer to benefit someone else.
Between 14 and 7 days until arrival date, no refund will be made however monies paid can be used as a credit against a holiday any time in the following 12 months* or can be transferred by the customer to benefit someone else.
Less than 7 days until arrival date, no refund will be made and dates are non transferable, however the customer may transfer the booking to another party.

*Booking dates can be changed using credit a maximum of 2 times only within the 12 months from original booking.
We advise you to consider taking out insurance to cover the cost of cancellation.
